Money vs Dignity

I was shocked when I first came across this news few days ago..
First thing came into my mind..
"em hai gua....how can they do such an idiot thing in public 1??"

The news is about:
A team of basketball players from US visit one of the secondary school in China, Hunan.
On the way going for the interview at that school,
suddenly, one of the player, wind down the window..and you guess what??
He throw a lot of RMB coins to the students there!
So most of the students just grab as many as they can..(so paiseh also..aihh..)
Of course, there are ppl who grab and angrily throw into the rubbish bin..
(however, sad to say that, other will just go collect from the bin _|||)

After this news is published, it raised the anger of bloggers, and requesting the apologize from them..

I didn't follow up on this news, so, don't know what 's the ending though..

Am I too childish to think that this should not happen in this modern world?
All the while, I was thinking this kind of attitude will only happen in the past, where the discrimination is so serious between white color skin, and yellow color skin...
After so many years of educations, how can they do such things in public?
Waste their gov $$, waste their parents & teachers energy to educate them so well since small...it's really a shame...

Kay's Time

It has been sometimes I didn't update things about Kay (at least I do think so...:P)

She just completing the biggest achievement in her life:
Hold her first solo concert at the HK Coliseum (红馆）
Total 7 shows, each show has its own guest..

1st show:

Guest: Eason Chan (the clip below shows the reason why paparazzi said both of them got "sparks"

Guest: Po Er (何鎂沂)a little girl who sing the theme song of an animation that Kay dubs, I also never watch that..but the little girl is cute.. :)

The Unforgettable First Love

Don't be shocked by the name..haha..
Yes, the dessert name is 初恋的回味..
sounds sweet? :P
This dessert is learnt from "Beautiful Cooking II"..
The beauty chef, Kit Mak (she is really a chef, not artist) teaches some dishes..
I chose this, just simply because this is the easiest to make..hehe..

OK, let's go through my first all-by-own cooking process.. (except instant noodles)

Ingredients:
- cooking chocolate 200/250g
- eggs 2
- Marie biscuits
- chocolate powder
- dried fruits (e.g. strawberry, raisin)
- vanilla oil (this is to increase the flavour) - optional


Procedure:

How to melt cooking chocolate
1. Cut the cooking chocolate into smaller pieces, and put them into a small pot.
2. Put the small pot into a big pot of boiled water, and keep stir it to melt the chocolate.
(the temperature to melt chocolate is <100C, it's better to melt through the boiled water, so that it wont stick to pot)

To enhance the melted chocolate
3. While stirring the melt chocolate, add in the eggs and mix them well.
4. You can add in the vanilla oil as well, if you wish.

Main steps
5. After that, put the melted choc into a big bowl.
6. Add in the small pieces Marie biscuits and dried fruits, and stir again.

Packaging
7. Then, put the mixed-well material onto a piece of aluminum foil (look carefully, dun buy cling wrap :P), and wrap them into a cylinder shape. Make sure it is compact enough..
According to Kit, just imagine, if your first love got hole, how sad it is.....
8. You're almost done, just throw the roll into fridge for one night.

Final stage
9. The next day, take it out, unwrap the foil, please ensure it's completely unwrap (it's quite sticky), else you or your friend will accidentally eat the foil together.. :P
10. Pour the choc powder onto it, and cut it into pieces (it's advisable to be smaller than the photo shown below :))

虽然有人生中不少的第一次。。
但始终想不起有何壮举。。

最近，不断听到身边好友置业，结婚，生孩子。。
懒惰的自己却好像始终在原地踏步。。
没什么人生计划。。生活依然平淡如水。。
也许，这首歌的出现，是提醒我。。
是时候想想剩下的八分五的人生。。
应该如何规划。。

想做的事情太多，奈何资源不足。。

一种有心无力的感觉充斥着我的心。。
