这是一首“沧海遗珠”。。。何韵诗2007年的作品。。。
当年这首歌在香港红极一时。。也把她的事业推向另一个高峰。。
但是，不知为何就是没有去细心的留意这首歌。。
直到最近在某些论坛，“木紋”又出现在我眼前。。
好奇心驱使下，上youtube 找了这首歌。。。。
结果。。。。。。。
现在就疯狂（有一点夸张 :P) 地爱上了....
其实这首歌有几个人唱过...包括作曲人自己 (张继冲), 官恩娜...
但是,何韵诗独特,带点低沉的声音, 听起来"0些" 伤感..
慢慢欣赏吧!~~~

Shwang's Wedding

This year is a good year...
This can be proved from the wedding invitation cards that received from early of the year till now...
Ang Pao also gave till scare.....:p
But, of coz we gave it with wishes and happy for them from our deep heart..
Last week, my best friend get married~~~~
I'm so happy for her....

Love is in the air when groom and best men meet jimuis:
Activities:
1. Standard: Her husband need to express his "love word" 爱的宣言, telling how, when they meet each other, why he loves her???
2. Groom and best men feel the sour, sweet, bitter, hot
3. 5 persons wear underwear outside and write on it "老婆我爱你" (funny, they forgot how to write 婆, it becomes 老 wife 我爱你...:P)
4. Groom needs to say out bride's family members FULL name, include her parents (of coz), her brother+wife+son+daughter, her sisters (3), 2 of her dogs, and also all the jimuis' name...
5. Grab the correct key from the icebox (1 ang pao per chance)....where there is actually none of them is the right key :P
6. Give the biggest angpao and persuade the parents in law in order to get the permission to open the door...

From the process the groom trying hard to marry my friend..
I can feel that the happiness is already in her hands!!! ^_^

I would like to congrats her again here...
And wish her live happily forever~~~~
One regret is, I couldn't follow her to KL and attend the wedding dinner there...

1st day
Once we reached Melaka, it's already noon, and it's lunch time!
So, without second thought, we moved to red house to look for famous chicken rice.

Recommended: chicken rice ball, not chicken..:P

Satisfying with the chicken rice, we continued the journey to visit the red house, and takes some shots there..

After burning few calories, we head to another temptation - Cendol.
Cendol (sweeter than i think)
Another one is the 'tau kua rojak' (not tempted enough until we willing to finish that)

Before going for cendol, we actually went to look for the thousand layer cake that is famous and...expensive..RM95 (this should be the most expensive cake i've eaten so far)

Anyway, it tastes good!
As you can see the layersss, the effort they need to spend on making this cake already worth for us to bring it home..

After the 1st round eating trip, then only we willing go unpack our luggage..hehe..

Charging ourselves with a refreshment (the cake), bath, nap, etc....

Next target: Satay Celup

I used to eat loklok at penang or taiping..but it's my first time eat satay celup..
Interesting..The left side photo shows the uncle is stirring the satay sauce in a high speed mode..

We are so full, and it's about time to burn some away, to welcome new members to our stomach.

normally people sleep at midnight, will skip breakfast automatically..
So, as usual, we start our day with lunch :P

sambal sotong, sambal ladyfingers, famous taufu, yellow ginger chicken, egg with cencaluk (there is one more asam fish, which not able to join this photo taking session, coz it reached to us later, and we can't wait anymore..:P)

Activity after lunch: jonker's street again (this proves that 2 days 1 night trip is more than enough :P)

If i'm not mistaken, they should be kedah + perlis, and kelantan + terengganu :P

So, after this tea break, here's end our journey to melaka..
back to my home sweet home..

1st Sept 2009, he came to Malaysia..
sneak past the security
(can imagine how unsecure is that place, if it's a bomb being brought into the building, think.....don't dare to think anymore)
and successfully climb the Petronas Twin Tower..88-storey!

However, he's arrested after completing his mission..
charged for criminal trespass..
Anyway, seems like others even himself not that worried about the charge, but feel so happy about the succeed..

Bravo spiderman!
I will never have the courage to do such thing in my life..Salute!

HK Pseudo Model

Someone recently (may be months ago) created a group naming 'kicking pseudo-models out' (This is particularly for HK)...

and from the newspaper, we also can easily find out entertainment news on those pseudo-models almost everyday..

In the recent HK book fair, those so-called businessmen, even helps them (pseudo-models) to repackage their 'sexy' photo into a book （写真集）, and publicly sell there (it's a public book fair, so, it 's expected to have lots of kids over there).

Surprisingly, under such a bad economy nowadays, most of the 'books' are sold out in a short time.

So, this is so-called "o靚模效應", which created two contradict conditions;
1. Super like (of coz mainly is supported by guys 宅男）
2. Super hate (parents, 文化界人士...)

Those pseudo-models mainly are in early 20's, which is the age where parents are hoping them studying in university, gaining some knowledge, instead of wearing 'sexy', and hoping to jump into the entertainment loop (娱乐圈）..

of coz, I won't deny there might be a group of them that are really like to be models..
However, I will still personally think that there is some ppl is just hoping to earn uncountable money, and think that this is the easiest and fastest way to achieve their goal!

Anyway, do you think objection will take effect in stopping such culture in HK?
Businessmen are smart, there is always way for them to do ads and generate sales..
...as long as there are demands from the floors..

No Plastic Bags Day

Heard about "No plastic bags day" will be implemented in penang every monday..
However, never really think about it..

Today happens to drop by Tesco..
When queuing at the cashier counter,I heard the cashier told the person in front.
Today is "No plastic bags day", if insist need a plastic bag, 20cents will be charged.

[Wah...it's really implemented one wo...(never think about this..:P)]

Unlucky is I forgot to bring out my environmental friendly bag..
Lucky is I only bought a few dry food, and my own bag is big enough to fit them in =D

Poor guy in front of me, he bought all raw ingredients (beef, liver, chicken), and somemore with blood inside..:S

So guys, bear in mind...
if you go Tesco on monday, please bring your own bag~
Or be prepared to spend 20 cents more..
(If i'm not mistaken, the 20 cents should be donated to certain organization..)

I always get the same question or even I also ask myself..
Why I like to listen Kay's songs?
For the very first time, I so admire a singer..

First time I heard her name is when listening to 愁人節 at one of the music award few years ago..
Too bad to say, at that time, I only feel that..hmmm..this song very nice ho...
That's it...

2nd time heard about Kay already few years back on 鍾無艷..:P

Wow...fantastic this song..I like it very much..
Then I started to google search about Kay..and discovered her forum..
In the forum, I even get to know more about her, and also her songs..

So, here I would like to write some 'abstract' for each (almost each la) of her songs..
Just a small piece to answer to my friend and myself..
Why Kay is my fav singer~

1st album (Kay One):

1. 姿色份子:
About the female nowadays put over concentrate on their outlook, e.g. plastic surgery, slimming program, etc. Keep fit is good, and most important thing is to have your own style.

2. 丧婆:
It's more like describing Kay's personality. Saying we should do whatever we like to do, others' comments should not be a big portion, when making a decision of yourself.

3. 我歌...故我在:
Describing the feeling of a singer when singing at the stage, and hopes to get support from the floor

4. 开卷快乐:
Reflect that most of the media nowadays lack of focus on the normal job an artist has done, but more on 8 gua news

5. 臭男人:
Describing how a girl being attracted by guys..

6. 悟入歧途:
Do whatever you want to do, follow the path you set yourself, so that one day, you will not regret

7. 一人之夏:
The feeling when someone is enjoying the summer

2nd album (Ksus 2):

1. 跟我走:
This song is dedicated to Kay's fans, thanks for their supports all the while.

2. 菲情歌:
This song is for philippines maids. Imagining their homesick, and feeling when leaving hometown so far away to work.

3. 愁人節:
During any events (new year, christmas, etc), everyone is busy celebrating and happy, however, there is always groups of ppl that worrying about their life, living alone, hope to get love / caring from others.

4. 亡命之途:
Describing a girl who is dead due to accident, just because she entering wrong bus unintended. From the story, it reflects HK bus drivers always like to drive crazy..

5. 我爱茶餐厅:
Give a compliment to the HK style cafe

3rd album (The First Day):

1. 第一天：
This is written by her partner, dedicated to Kay and her to-be-born son.
Describing the feeling of a mother, who will meet her son soon..

2. 后窗知己:
This is the part II of 亡命之途.
In the beginning of the story, a girl always peeking her neighbour (of coz a guy), and guessing why he looks so sad always.
And finally only she realized, she knew the guy actually.
She forgot him, because she lost memory and died during an accident.
This song also likes to bring another message that, we should value those ppl important to us

3. 节外生枝:
This song totally reflect Kay's feeling on her pregnancy.
In our life, there is always some turning points that we never expect.
we should face them bravely, dare to try, to experience more..

4th album (3/8):

1. 3/8:
Talking Kay's life that has been over 3 of 8..and thinking what had been done, and what has not...

2. 鍾無艷:
'沒有得你的允許我都會愛下去' - without your permission, I will still continue to love

3. 神奇女俠的退休生活:
Imagine as a superwoman, and seeing what happens to the world after she's retired.
Also reflecting the problems still there after a long time..

5th album (Binary):

1. 囍帖街
Talking the divorcing of a couple
Also reflecting the fact that the old buildings which have lots of memory at HK is getting dismantled

2. 十字架
Bringing out the message in the real world now, there's fewer and fewer ppl who can treat others faithfully, truely...

3. 私隐线
Complaining many users like to talk over hp loudly in public transport (eg HK LRT)

4. 如花:
Use 如花 as an example, encourage ppl to respect their job 敬业乐业

5. 十七度:
Two persons walking in 2 straight lines..once in a while, meeting each other in the crossover point, after that will getting further from each other, have their own life.
Reflecting the love among human, no matter it's parents & sons, boys & girls or among friends.

6. 入型入格:
Everyone has their own favorite, no one has the right to criticize it.

7. 乌托邦:
乌托邦 (utopia) describes a perfect country. however, nowadays, the utopia in ppl's heart is all about money, power, famous..

8. 十优生：
Compliments to the female (especially housewives) that able to handle lots of things at one time

9. 港女的幸福星期日:
Talking how HK female enjoying their weekends (shopping, etc)

6th album (Yelling):

1. 吶喊:
yelling for HK

2. 字里行奸:
Imagine as a ordinary person, and seeing how bad the 8 gua media can write about someone

3. 直角等于三角形:
Saying many ppl judging something from the surface, and seldom think deeply to understand it.

4. 祝英台:
Borrowing the famous 'butterfly' story to bring out the issue about the equal between guy & girl

5. 年度之歌：
Every year, there's music award for the song of the year, but soon this song will be forgotten, and replaced by another new & hit song.
From here to bring out the message that the passion of ppl on certain thing is short.

6. 红衣天使:
Salute to those who first reached accident venue (ambulance)

7. 方玲霞:
Discussing the phenomena where HK ppl crazy about the series

8. 我最喜爱的歌：

Saturday night, when driving, feeling a bit sien with sticking to MY FM..
So, just tuned to 988 to explore what they've been changed..

Ehh...not bad ho...almost non-stop playing songs..
Without DJ...just slot in some ads in the middle time..
And the perfect point is...I like almost all the songs they play..
For those born 1980's, you may feel the same with me..
Give urself a try..tune to 988 during weekends (8-10pm)
I'm not sure do they have the same program during weekdays..
Will find out if have chance..

Good to see this..
at least, finally, there is really a station which will play songs continuously for listeners..especially at night time. :)

I was shocked when I first came across this news few days ago..
First thing came into my mind..
"em hai gua....how can they do such an idiot thing in public 1??"

The news is about:
A team of basketball players from US visit one of the secondary school in China, Hunan.
On the way going for the interview at that school,
suddenly, one of the player, wind down the window..and you guess what??
He throw a lot of RMB coins to the students there!
So most of the students just grab as many as they can..(so paiseh also..aihh..)
Of course, there are ppl who grab and angrily throw into the rubbish bin..
(however, sad to say that, other will just go collect from the bin _|||)

After this news is published, it raised the anger of bloggers, and requesting the apologize from them..

I didn't follow up on this news, so, don't know what 's the ending though..

Am I too childish to think that this should not happen in this modern world?
All the while, I was thinking this kind of attitude will only happen in the past, where the discrimination is so serious between white color skin, and yellow color skin...
After so many years of educations, how can they do such things in public?
Waste their gov $$, waste their parents & teachers energy to educate them so well since small...it's really a shame...

The Unforgettable First Love

Don't be shocked by the name..haha..
Yes, the dessert name is 初恋的回味..
sounds sweet? :P
This dessert is learnt from "Beautiful Cooking II"..
The beauty chef, Kit Mak (she is really a chef, not artist) teaches some dishes..
I chose this, just simply because this is the easiest to make..hehe..

OK, let's go through my first all-by-own cooking process.. (except instant noodles)

Ingredients:
- cooking chocolate 200/250g
- eggs 2
- Marie biscuits
- chocolate powder
- dried fruits (e.g. strawberry, raisin)
- vanilla oil (this is to increase the flavour) - optional

Procedure:

How to melt cooking chocolate
1. Cut the cooking chocolate into smaller pieces, and put them into a small pot.
2. Put the small pot into a big pot of boiled water, and keep stir it to melt the chocolate.
(the temperature to melt chocolate is <100C, it's better to melt through the boiled water, so that it wont stick to pot)

To enhance the melted chocolate
3. While stirring the melt chocolate, add in the eggs and mix them well.
4. You can add in the vanilla oil as well, if you wish.

Main steps
5. After that, put the melted choc into a big bowl.
6. Add in the small pieces Marie biscuits and dried fruits, and stir again.

Packaging
7. Then, put the mixed-well material onto a piece of aluminum foil (look carefully, dun buy cling wrap :P), and wrap them into a cylinder shape. Make sure it is compact enough..
According to Kit, just imagine, if your first love got hole, how sad it is.....
8. You're almost done, just throw the roll into fridge for one night.

Final stage
9. The next day, take it out, unwrap the foil, please ensure it's completely unwrap (it's quite sticky), else you or your friend will accidentally eat the foil together.. :P
10. Pour the choc powder onto it, and cut it into pieces (it's advisable to be smaller than the photo shown below :))

End Product

Pulai's Housemates Gathering

As one member of Pulai's Housemates, we are so proud that we still able to maintain the motivation to have one trip per year..

Though female housemates missed the first year gathering..(according to them, 1st year trip is just testing the response from guys, so they excluded girls..nt sure true or not..)

Last year, we had our first trip to Genting Highlands..

Almost all housemates, no matter working at singapore, KL, penang...(except one stuck at miri, cant fly back)

Without saying a 'NO', we all headed to genting to make the first trip successful..

With the hot response, they continued to have a second trip for this year...

This time, we went to Pangkor Island for 2 days 1 night..

An unexpected issue makes us realise that we actually have a 义气仔女 housemate..

The story begins...

One of our housemate who is working at Singapore..

Unluckily, his boss just told him last minutes "your leave wont be approved"..

(he needs to work for half day on Sat, that's why need to take annual leave)

How ler?really need to fly aeroplane meh? (if he does so, i 100% confirm he will be buried with lots of air liur..鄙视你 :P)

So, what did he do?

He took bus from Spore to Taiping on Thur night..

Fri morning, went to Pangkor Island with us..

Fri evening, took bus go back Spore again to work for half day!!

We have to admit also he is a responsible worker, bcoz..

on the way going to Pangkor, there are lots of suggestions provided to him..

"calling ur boss la, saying u fever/coughing,singporean kia si 1..he sure ask u no need go back"

"tell ur boss, u stuck at pangkor, cannot go back la..."

"tell ur boss, u are trapped at island now, cannot rush back d.."

But, he still insist go back working..coz he said..

人离乡贱 (ppl leaving hometown will have lower status)

揾食艰难 (hard to earn money)

and the most important thing is, he already tried to apply leave..if taking MC, sure boss will know fake 1 la...:P

Anyway, cannot deny, he has a bad luck these few days, though he made all his effort going back to work, but the bus he taken broke down half way, and causing him late for 15 or 30 mins..

(The day when he came from Spore to Taiping, the bus also late for 1-2 hrs, making him late to reach Taiping, and nearly need to treat all of us wantan mee d..)

(Coz he's the one saying loudly, who late, who belanja wantan mee a...)

Our producer Saw Leng had produced a horror series (西环浮尸案?) :P

I think she is still editting the series...Stay tune..I will inform you when she's done the edit..

Though this year's response nt as good as previous 1..

But with attendance >50%, it still can motivate us to have our third, fourth..etc trips (hopefully...)

Terrible Traffic Jam

What can you do when you seeing a super long long queue...

waiting to travel from penang island to mainland

not only at the penang bridge, even the ferry terminal??

Yesterday, we had a terrible traffic jam when going back to hometown..

We saw a long queue at bridge, planning to give a chance to the ferry..

who knows...

lagi terrible..the queue almost can reach the roundabout, which has >1km from the terminal..

OMG, how to wait ar? so long..somemore my friend is driving a manual car...

pity him also la...:P

So, we decide to wait couple of hrs, thn only back lo...

Where can we go to sembang ler?

hmm....since we're in town..gurney is a good choice..hehehe..

REached there, no mood to shopping also...

so, we all agreed to go for this...

Blood Donation

The day before, few of us formed a "blood donation group" to gleneagles..

We head to Glen bersemangat after lunch..

I first time go to hospital to donate blood..

Kononnya, we need to go into their lab to test all the necessary things, like pressure, hemoglobin %, etc.... (like org kampung masuk bandar..:P)

Inside got a small lif somemore, to fetch some small things upside down..hehe...

And while waiting inside, saw a poster on World Blood Donor Day..

Until now only I know, there is such a day for blood donor..

As we all know, the old thinking is always emphasizing "girls without knowledge is the best"

Miss Chuk doesn't want to waste her life like this, and decided to go for school..

But how to go ler? sure kena kick out if with her original IC.

So, she decided to fake fake change sex, pretend guy to study...

Who knows, she met her Mr. right (Mr. Leong lo..) during school time..

Paktoring, paktoring (actually Mr.Leong dunno Miss Chuk is a girl also....he only got to knw after some time)

Then, Mr Leong go for exam after that, while Miss Chuk need to back home d...

Today, saw a news about fat people..

It happens somewhere in England..

Fat people will be charged more (extra 75pounds) if they are going to be buried when they die.

The reason is...

Fat people use more space!!!!

and there is limited space in the cemetery...

It's hard to say if Malaysia will follow when we also face the same concern here..haha..

Answer: Just burn your face!!!

Here's the real case in England..

A 15-yr old boy who used to have freckles, last year had his first camping..
At night, suddenly one of his friends throw a bottle of spray into the bonfire..
The compressed bottle then exploded, and the boy's hair, face, arm caught fire..
OMG~~burning ler...doctor also said no cure d...
Few weeks after, his skin started peel off...just like snake change skin..
ANd now, he has a new skin with no more freckles...

Everytime heading to work from my home or vice versa, I have to go through the crystal point roundabout.
Around the roundabout, there are plenty of traffic lights...
If you wish to make a U-turn, AND that day you dun have much luck..
hehe..then you might need to wait for 3 traffic lights d...
This is how the traffic jam comes from lo..especially during the peak hour.

But, sometimes, the traffic lights will out of order 1 wo...
like when there is a big rain, and kena thunder..:P
and so good, the traffic is extra smooth, when there is no traffic light..
Just let the drivers use their brilliant to cross the roads..
Of course, this need helps from all drivers to maintain the smooth and accident-free environment la..

Yes, we're going to have electric scooters on road soon...
Pollution free wo....yes, it's good to our environment which is getting worse and worse...

BUT....

Did you see the big charger there?
It's using 3-point power plug to charge the battery..

You guess how far and how fast it can go?
70km at 45kph with a fully charged battery..man.....

45kph!!! motorbike around the lake garden also not that speed la...duhhh.......

If the journey longer than 70km, please bring along the big charger and re-charge whenever u see a 3-point plug!!!

Are they targeted at those ppl already retired, and wish to have a healthy environment :)

So fast, I had my 3rd movie in 2009 this Wed :)

Comedies' fans waiting for 10 years..It's finally successfully produced and brought to the public.

A typical comedy, where you can always hear laughing here and there.. (at least me almost laugh from the almost beginning to the end..hehe)

A good movie to release tension..yeah i'm so tension~~~~~

The movie is at 9.45pm..we actually reach QBM at 830pm..
Lepak here and there..till no where to go...
In the end, we decided to go Borders..
Plan to spend all money in my elec-card, so just pick any two gifts for my niece & nephew..
It's 930, went to pay money, he said borders no longer use e-card, need to change to voucher first
So, go information counter to change lo..fill in form and pass up...
Frens called for movie d...cham...asked the girl how long I still need to wait for the voucher?
She said 10-15 mins..
@_@ my god, I might be late for the movie..

Finally, it's already 10pm when I enter the cinema hall....
I missed the beginning of the show again~~
It's all because of borders...not my fault this time~~~~

This is the title of a Taiwan TV Drama (aka Fated to Love U)..

and this is my main entertainment for the 2009 cny holiday..hehehe..

I know it's abit 'out' to only watch it now..

So happen, the whole series was shown in astro SHX channel for ~ 1 week i think..

Everyday, from 10.30am to 6.30pm....

Of course , i'm not crazy till that level sit in front of the TV for 8 hrs..

For those I missed, I went to borrow DVD from my sister-in-law's sister..

This is the recommended drama series => comedy + romance

Very funny, though sometimes abit lengthy (just fast forward la at that time)

Just like normal romance series,

Joe Chen & Ethan Ruan met due to a mistake...

The girl is introvert & normal, and guy is extremely rich...

After 20 sth episodes, it ends with a happy ending...

The scene that touched me most is..

When Joe met an accident when she's pregnant..

Ethan forced to agree to kill his own son in order to save the gal's life..

This series also teaches me the theory of post-it & its usage

Something that easy to use..
Just need to write anything on it & stick anyway, and throw it away when not in used..
Sad to be a 'post-it' gal??
No one will know you, no one will care you..coz u're just not important at all...

Yes, this is my second movie in 2009.

UNDERWORLD 3: Rise of the Lycan

We went in 5 mins late, but already missed few mins for the beginning of the movie.
It starts very early without much trailer/ads..
Paiseh to say, I didnt watch underworld 1 & 2.
So no comparison will be made..but i do think it's better..
Coz one of my friend who watched all, comments this show not as good as previous.
To me..ok la, though it's a bit bloody, still worth for me to buy ticket went in :)

Oh yeah...as usual, before the show, we will have dinner together at QBM.

21st Jan - Penang launched free WiFi at several hot spots, like Komtar, QBM, BJC.

When this project is first introduced to the penangkia, there are quite a lot of objections..

Claiming that WiFi harmful ler..no good to health if always expose to it..

So, Penang Gov do research lo..(of course ask others do la, not done by themselves)

OK, no proven health risks by WiFi exposure..

Thus....Penang WiFi Project officially launched, despite those objections!!!

Reply from Penang Chief Minister Lim :

“If WiFi is harmful, the first two people to get fried by radiation would be Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi and myself as we work up to 12 hours a day at our offices on Komtar’s 28th floor where there are four hotspots.
“We are exposed to WiFi 24 hours a day as we have wireless facilities at home and although I might look old, do I look unhealthy?”

By end of February, 25 hotspots will be setup. 300 by March of next year..

One day, my nephew playing a motorcar at the playground in a hospital in penang..
He's so reluctant to get himself out from the car, when we're about to leave..
So, mum jokingly said "ok la...i will buy for you if i kena 4D", then just force him leave lo..
As usual, went to shopping, then back taiping..

The day after, mum called and told me she really kena 4D (3 numbers also called 4D ar? i'm not sure...)
To keep her promise, this is how the new "transport" comes..

This time, Thailand declares emergency not due to any politic issues, but caused of cold hits!

Today.....the temperatures fell to 4 degrees Celsius (42 of 76 provinces)!!!

I can't imagine a cold Bangkok..like this..

Remembered when the last visit to Bangkok (May 2008), the tour guide (we took a one-day package to Ayutthaya) told us that Bangkok only has 3 kinds of weather ==> hot, super hot, and damn hot!!

Both of them are not a very famous HK singers, but this song really surprise me.

周柏豪 (Chau Pak Ho - 1984) - used to be a model, and year 2007 be a singer. He might be famous to HK, but not to M'sia (at least not to me..hehe)

鄭融 (Stephanie Cheng - 1984) - year 2006, I remembered her song 红绿灯 (traffic light), and this song makes her career hits a peak. Too bad, after that didn't hear much news on herself or her songs.

Today, I read a news on Malaysia Muslim. More than 2000 of muslim restaurants plan to boycott US goods because of the support from US Gov to Israel.

A romantic + action adventure movie starred by Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman - 2 hrs and 45mins (so long....)

Watched 6pm movie, but I reached QB GSC at 7.10pm!!

Though I missed the first hour, but still able to catch the whole story line, since there is another 1 hr and 35mins (just like a normal movie :P)

This day is the day after Christmas, and it's a working day for Malaysia.

7.30am start dragging my lazy body to office, along the way, just a few cars crawling..haha..so good..

Reached office around 7.50am, is today a working day? very quiet, the scene is just like weekend go back office.

I thought today is no-boss day. Mana tau, after lunch, suddenly saw my manager inside her cube :S She is only on half-day leave. (Scared me..haha..we back at 2.30 due to majorlica majorca :P)

Heading to QB mall to meet my family. They are coming over to penang to fetch me back Taiping. So good ho.....

Received a call from my ah sou on the way going to QB, I thought they already reached d..so happy..

Manatau, ah sou told me that the car kena langgar at the penang bridge there when emergency brake..alamak..need to report lo..Bro, new car (<2months) kena langgar d lo...ah sou said need to change car plate liao..7414 not good :P

So, my friend pusing balik and drop me at office to take my car..Ah sou asked me to lead them to the nearest police station to report..hahha...good lo...I not familiar the road also...

Luckily, I manage to call another friend who is still in office sleeping..So, ask him the route to the nearest police station..after listening to him, also not that sure..aiya, straight away ask him to accompany me go together la.hehe.. Thanks ya for willing to sacrifice your sleep time.. :P

Jelutong Police Station said, oh here not for traffic report, you need to go to the police station at Jalan Patani..where is it? He doesnt know..I lagi tak perlu cakap la...so, he asked all his friends who may know the route. Luckily, we manage to get there quite easy.

The Honda Agent's service not bad, there is already a person waiting at the police station to help us settle including writing report (we need to write ourselves..haha), claim insurance, take the car for repair, etc.

It's almost 9pm, when everthing is settled. Back to bayan lepas, drop my friend at the new building lobby. That stupid office, can go in, cannot go out.. Saying "invalid user" when scanning out.. Cacat betul.. Luckily, there is a lorry wanna go out from the office, so I follow him...

Heading to QB again to have our dinner. Reach there, mom wanna buy fruits coz tomorrow (shud b today) is 1st of Dec in Chinese Calendar. Shop till almost 10pm...cham..almost all restaurants wanna close liao ler..Kim Gary No, Paddington No, Breeks No...Finally TGI said yes.

Had a very full dinner there till ~11.30pm, finally can back home liao..

Huuuu....what a tiring day....

Finally it reached the xmas gift exchange date (23/12)..

We have a December birthday lunch + xmas gift exchange at Bravo (an Italian restaurant)

This round, the gift exchange overtakes the bday lunch position liao..it becomes the main character for today..hehe..

All aiming their own preference, and wish to own it..

It's a lucky draw style.

Organizers using the list sorts according to the bday lunch set, and select the first person to draw.

Before drawing for the present, he/she will be asked a (any) question, which MUST be answered.

After that, he/she can revenge and ask the next person a question as well..

Tang Yuan Festival

Tang Yuan -- a dessert that represents reunion (yuan means round or complete)

They can be in different colours whatever you like..white, red, yellow, green, blue, purple, etc.

Nowadays, they even transformed to different shapes (provided you make it yourself, buying from the store most likely in round shape la, traditional ma..)

Remembered when I was in uni, Taiping kias like to have reunion party, since we are all from the same hometown, and fly to JB, so far away from home.

We bought all the ingredients needed to make the glutinous rice ball, with "gula melaka", peanut, milo.hehe...

For the very first half-an-hour, we all very "jeng geng" (normal) to make them in round shape (though got big size, and small size)..

After that, the real fox tail comes out, poker card shape (luckily not all 52 cards come out), toilet bowl, etc whatever we can think, and we can do, you will see in the pot.

Even can keep on laughing, while recalling all these funny funny things...sweet memories~~

Now, seldom have chance to gather having such happy party lo, uni life is already a past..

Mum not going to make any this year, that's why, I need t wake up at 7am, and go pasar to buy.

And that's why so early, i'm here to blog..hehe

Enchanting: Part of the attractions at Legoland Parks

Fruit Diet Meal Plan

I was thinking of doing this long long time ago, but i don't have a strong mindset to encourage myself to carry out the plan.

Now, I decided to try it this week. This is good actually, not only to lose weight, but as well detox and heal my body, which is getting older and older.. :(

Recently, our dearest government announced that work on the RM750mil Legoland theme park ar Johor will start in 2010 and the opening slated for 2013 (Previously, there is rumour saying Disneyland is the one who interested to develop here.)

Anyway, Legoland also not bad la.
Legoland has four theme parks now, Denmark, UK, US and Germany.
We are soooo proud to have one in Malaysia.
Let's cheer for M'sia "Malaysia Boleh"...

I never been Legoland, sincerely hope that the project will be launched and completed smoothly.
So, I can pay a visit there, though I'm not kid anymore, but I can bring my nephew, niece, may be my sons there..haha

Hopefully I can see a Legoland 5 years later, but not 10 years or even more.

Last Week, we had a lunch-time shopping at MNG.

Phew...people moutain people sea..

From here, you can see the power of "shopping"..

It can really influence females deeply, even can sacrify their lunch time (just like us :P)

I couldn't find any cloth suits me there.

But, luckily we gave us a try at Forever 21.. hehe

Up to 70%! even more than MNG, but still not much ppl there..wondering..

Successful bought a jeans there..

It's a bit plain, but I dun have this color in my wardrobe..ok la..hehe..
